  展后跟進(jìn)郵件

  在國(guó)際展會(huì)結(jié)束后發(fā)送的第一封開(kāi)發(fā)信應(yīng)該根據(jù)客戶的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性回復(fù)，涉及以下內(nèi)容：客戶當(dāng)時(shí)提出的要求、國(guó)際展會(huì)期間洽談過(guò)的產(chǎn)品、達(dá)成的初步意向、公司介紹以及未來(lái)如何為客戶提供服務(wù)。

  1、隨便看看的普通客戶

  這類客戶不在少數(shù)，他們之中不乏探行情者。如果能通過(guò)他們的名片找到公司網(wǎng)址，就能順手摸摸他們的底細(xì)。有了這些信息再去針對(duì)性地派發(fā)宣傳資料，看看能否激起客戶深入了解的欲望。

  建議采用大量群發(fā)開(kāi)發(fā)信的模式，推一些主推產(chǎn)品的營(yíng)銷郵件，看看他到底對(duì)什么感興趣，然后再根據(jù)興趣做進(jìn)一步分類和再營(yíng)銷。

  2、潛在客戶

  對(duì)于潛在客戶，重點(diǎn)是要推動(dòng)他做決定，而不是強(qiáng)調(diào)為何他要同我合作。在正式跟進(jìn)前，必須先要了解客戶的背景：做什么產(chǎn)品?公司規(guī)模多大?采購(gòu)需求是哪些?在此行業(yè)多久?在完成一系列客戶背調(diào)之后，才能根據(jù)客戶需求寫郵件。

  3、高意向客戶

  這種重點(diǎn)客戶第一時(shí)間優(yōu)先處理，圖文并茂地把客戶表現(xiàn)出興趣或意向的產(chǎn)品的詳細(xì)介紹、報(bào)價(jià)單、亮點(diǎn)，編輯好發(fā)送過(guò)去。

  Dear **，Thanks for the inquiry! This is ** (名字)from **(公司). We have communicated at **.(國(guó)際展會(huì)上認(rèn)識(shí)，喚醒客戶記憶)As to the price you inquired on **(產(chǎn)品) I send you our quotation attached below.
